About the shop

I'm Robby, and RMP Munitions is a one-man shop located in Powell, Wyoming. I came to this the way most shooters do: not satisfied with what I could buy. Factory ammo got me close, but close was never good enough. I started working up my own loads and chasing small improvements, test after test. Gunsmithing was the natural evolution of the process, which became a passion in it's own right. For me, the next step is helping other shooters who want the same thing I do: a rifle and load they can count on.

What never changes is the method. Every load is developed for one rifle and one purpose, meticulously tested and refined. Nothing leaves until it does what it was built to do.

The work is also a relationship. When the barrel wears or the goals shift, we pick up where we left off, because the record of your rifle stays with the shop. The next conversation starts where the last one ended.
